16 tips for Hyper Revolutionaries working in Evolutionary Cadre-based Organizations

Meet the hyper revolutionaries!! They consider that their purpose of existence is to 'change the world'. After their failed initial attempts to 'change the world' single-handedly, they join social organizations. Some join revolutionary organizations and find consistency of thoughts, while each one present there has his own timeline for 'dawn of revolution'. Whereas others join evolutionary cadre-based organizations, aspiring that either fortunately they would find true purpose of their life there, breaking away from all perceptions or unfortunately this would end into a miserable experience.

Evolutionary cadre-based organisations always are in need of such people fullfilled with zeal, innovation and commitment. Their mere presence ensures that organization never attains stagnation. While organization intends to impart certain principles in it's cadres, revolutionaries come with pre-loaded principles that might enrich the organization's moto. Along with this principle, they showcase their traits and practices, that may adversely affect the organization. As they simply speak-up their heart, often such genuine souls giveup themselves in the category of people with mischievous intentions because of these traits.

Here are 16 small tips for them, that can make their life better.

1. Be patient about your plans.
Sudden changes don't last long, whether it be the society or an organization. Rome was not built in a day!

2. Avoid running ahead of the pace of the organization.
Every idea cannot be immediately executed if it does not suit the current environment.

3. Avoid judging everyone through your own yard-stick.
Each one is blessed with a special quality which might have been unidentified. Let's accept people as they are.

4. Avoid being too straightforward and outspoken.
Not everything should be known to everyone each time.

5. Avoid ego of being a selfless revolutionary.
Being generous is not about dispalying charity, it's all about owing one's responsibility.

6. Avoid Over-Analysis of Ideology, Situations and People.
We have one life to live. Either we can sit and analyze everything, or experience something that can add to our memories.

7. Less Criticism, More Solutions.
Mindsets can only be changed through positive solutions and not just criticism. Such solutions must be followed by actions.

8. Avoid Visualizing perpetual war between bourgeoisie and the proletariat.
Organization works on the principle of collectiveness, and not of Marx's fictions. Visualizing a war between unholy central team defying principles against a genuine powerless majority is just mere imagination. Take each case and person as a unique one, rather than generalizing.

9. Avoid non-pratical idealism.
Let's not dilute idealism by being adamant on a level which neither have space for exceptions nor does it considers practicalities.

10. Avoid My way or High Way.
Our minds need to accept this basic fact that we won't be correct each time. Let's give people around us an opportunity to speak their minds and heart instead of allowing them to only say things that we want to hear.

11. Avoid being Hyper Sensitive about own image.
We can never be true to ourselves if we try to act in-order to be good in the eyes of others. An individual who is not true to himself, can never be trusted by anyone.

12. Avoid maintaining heavy clout over new recruits.
New people that join the organization come with fresh blank minds. Too much discussion before experiencing the work first hand, may not give them the opportunity for progressive unfoldment.

13. Do not omit any plan which is not a grand plan.
Achieving small steps is better than just thinking of big plans. Small steps also ensure that individual's stumbling block turns into stepping stone, ensuring more people and their ideas getting accomodated. Never omit it to just achieve your personal grand plan.

14. Think Global, Act Local
If principles and plans are genuine and practical, then let it first succeed at the lowest level possible. It's success would ensure it's replication.

15. Don't consider performance as referendum on your capabilities.
There are multiple things that may affect your performance at a position, so too much thinking on it, would lead to nothing. Let's just ensure that we are satisfied while we are trying to give our best.

16. Don't keep hand on Exit Button forever.
To get sacrificed is not fashionable, if its not that worth. More good deeds can be achieved by holding ourselves until the right opportunity, than just walking away.

Even after all those shortcomings, hyper revolutionaries would still stand as assests to the organization instead of becoming a liability on any given day. But still, self-realization and progressive unfoldment through positive experiences would definitely comprehend them to shred-off those shortcomings. This would take them more towards accomplishment of completeness. At the same time, they should keep on reminding themselves, that they can never be ideally complete as an activist.
